Exchange & Return Policy

If you receive an item with a defect, contact us within 24 hours at arweefash@gmail.com or +92 320 4158935. Provide your order number, images of the faulty product, and details of the issue. After verification:

  • We will arrange a pickup and replace the item (if stock is available).
  • If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit voucher for the same amount.

Refunds

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 7 Working days Required for the processing of returns and Refunds.
